OSHA compliant forklift training classes
Class I through V consists of the following:
- On site-class
- Oral presentation from instructor Timothy Mosley
- Video training presentation
- Question and answer sessions
- Handwritten test
- Hands-on inspection/driving/safety Tips
- Driver training cards for employee file are presented upon the passing of handwritten test
Class information:
- Classes may vary from 3 to 3 ½ hours
- Classes of 4 or more students is $180.00 per person
- Classes less than 4 students is $225.00 per person
- Certification is good for 3 years
- Re-certification (prior to expiration) is $85.00 per person
- If an accident occurs during the 3 year period, as meeting needs to be held with management, trainer and employee to determine cause prior to certification being reactivated.
Scheduling:
- Please call to schedule a date at least 2 weeks in advance
- Please call or email for more information and scheduling.
- 24 hour notice is required for cancelation or if a student is unable to attend or your will be billed for the original number of students scheduled.
- Classes can be done on a Saturday
