OSHA Compliant Forklift Training Classes
Class I through V consists of the following:
On-site class
Oral presentation conducted by Tim Mosley, Instructor
Video Training Presentation
Questions & Answer period
Handwritten test
Hands on inspection/driving/safety tips
Class time may vary from 3 – 3 1/2 hours
Minimum class requirements is 4 students. (prefer classes of 4-10 students)

Re-certification available (Prior to expiration)
Driver’s training cards for employee file presented upon student passing written test
Certification good for 3 years
If an accident occurs during this 3 year period, a meeting to be held with management/trainer and employee to determine prior certification being reactivated.
Classes scheduled by appointment only. Need 2 week notice. Classes can be conducted on Saturdays.
You must notify Alaska Warehouse Specialists, INC 24 hours in advance of any students not able to attend or you will be billed for the original number of students scheduled.
A “Train The Trainer” class is available. The “Train the Trainer” certification is lifetime however non-transferable.
Class consists of 3 days training. Books are provided for the trainer to use in future classes he or she will conduct. The prices do not include transportation, meals, or hotel costs which are the responsibility of the hiring company. A Train the Trainer student may come to Anchorage and train at our facility during 3 day class. Please call for pricing.
